25 kVA (20 kW) Diesel Generator with ATS is a reliable industrial-grade power generator equipped with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), designed to provide both standby and prime power for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Thanks to the ATS unit, the generator starts automatically when the main power supply fails and shuts down automatically once utility power is restored, ensuring uninterrupted power supply without operator intervention.
The generator is powered by a four-cylinder DHI 490D diesel engine with a displacement of 2.54 L, liquid cooling system, and a mechanical governor. The engine operates at a rated speed of 1500 rpm, ensuring stable operation at a 50 Hz frequency while extending the service life of the equipment.
The generator delivers a prime power output of 22.5 kVA (18 kW) and a standby power output of 25 kVA (20 kW). Its three-phase 400/230 V output makes it suitable for powering a wide range of industrial and commercial equipment, engineering systems, production lines, warehouses, office buildings, and small business facilities.
The package includes an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) that continuously monitors the utility power supply. The fuel-efficient engine consumes approximately 6.4 L/h at 100% load, 4.9 L/h at 75% load, and 3.2 L/h at 50% load. A 60-liter fuel tank provides extended autonomous operation without frequent refueling.
The soundproof canopy significantly reduces the noise level to 77 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter, making the generator suitable for installation near office buildings, commercial facilities, private homes, and industrial premises. Its robust design allows reliable operation in various climatic conditions.
The dimensions of the soundproof version are 900 × 2100 × 1450 mm, with a total weight of 780 kg. The well-designed enclosure provides easy access to key components for maintenance and servicing.
