Diesel Generator 165 kVA [120 kW Rated Power] WEICHAI
DG-W190 Diesel Generator Set is a powerful solution for standby and prime power supply of industrial, commercial and production facilities. The generator is equipped with a reliable WEICHAI WP6D152E200 6-cylinder diesel engine and a YHG-120KW alternator.
The generator provides a Prime Power rating of 120 kW / 150 kVA, suitable for continuous operation with variable loads. The Standby Power rating is 132 kW / 165 kVA, designed to supply electrical power during an emergency failure of the main power grid.
The engine has a 6.75-litre displacement, 6 cylinders, electronic control, turbocharging and water cooling. The rated engine speed is 1500 rpm. Fuel consumption at 100% load is 32.9 l/h.
The alternator provides 230/400 V three-phase voltage at 50 Hz, with a power factor of cos φ 0.8, IP23 protection class and 90% efficiency.
The generator set is equipped with a Silent-type protective enclosure, providing basic sound protection, corrosion resistance and concealed exhaust silencer installation. The enclosure is made of galvanized metal and finished with corrosion-resistant powder coating. The integrated fuel tank has a capacity of 250 litres. Overall dimensions in the enclosure are 3110 × 1100 × 1740 mm, with a total weight of 1930 kg.
The control panel provides automatic monitoring of the main generator parameters via an LCD display. It features a multilingual interface, electronic fuel-level indicator, operating and fault log, phase imbalance protection, fuel supply monitoring and engine speed monitoring. Programming and control via USB and RS-232 are supported, as well as connection of an automatic transfer switch ATS.
Available options include a synchronization system, remote monitoring and control via RS485, Ethernet or 2G/3G/4G modem, an enlarged or additional fuel tank, oil heater, automatic fuel filling system, alternator winding heater, mobile platform and other customized configurations.
Warranty: 12 months or 1,000 engine hours, whichever comes first.
